DESCRIPTION:We can run a Falls Awareness session for your group based in Shropshire\, free of charge to help reduce the risk of falling for older people.  The session takes about 90 minutes.\nThe session includes information on how to reduce the risk of falling – with a demonstration of how to get up from the floor after a fall – plus a demonstration of some chair-based exercises.\nIf you are interested in speaking to us about having a Falls Awareness session for your group\, please email enquiries@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss details.\nAttendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.

All community and voluntary organisations are welcome to join\, come together and share what they do\, with people from other community and voluntary organisations.\nThese meetings alternate between online and in person events.
