DESCRIPTION:Our ‘Let’s Talk Falls’ session is a falls prevention event that can be delivered to interested groups free of charge to help reduce the risk of falling for older people.\nThe event includes information on how to reduce the risk of falling – with a demonstration of how to get up from the floor after a fall – plus a free\, taster exercise class\, information on local exercise/fitness classes\, help to find ways to increase your activity levels and more.\nPlaces at scheduled events can be limited and booking is recommended. For more information and to book your place\, please call 01743 360641.\nIf you are interested in speaking to us about having a Let’s Talk Falls event at your village hall or community centre please email enquiries@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss details.\nAttendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.
