Doing this course has also given me a lot more confidence\, especially when I’m out walking”.\nMargaret\, Church Stretton.\nThe ever popular ‘Let’s Talk Falls’ Sessions\, provided by Community Resource\, is a free falls prevention session empowering session participants to gain the tools to safely manoeuvre their homes to avoid trips\, slips and falls.\nDelivered by knowledgeable professionals\, the session includes:\n  *   A short informative film\n  *   An interactive demonstration to include how to get up safely from the floor after a fall\n  *   A Falls Plan – a talk and planning to ensure your home is safe\n  *   Calling for help\n  *   Gentle Exercises – with our trained and qualified instructor\, you will be guided in gentle exercise for 30 minutes\nPlaces are limited\, so please book in advance by phoning the Community Resource team on 01743 360641 or email enquiries@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss the details.\nAttendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.
