To find out more about how to manage the condition\, come to our Arthritis Awareness event.\nThe session includes:\nAn informative presentation about osteoarthritis with a focus on self-management and pain relief techniques\nA recorded Q&A session on osteoarthritis with Dr Anne O’Brien\, Keele University\nInformation on local and online physical activity opportunities\nInformation on resources which provide arthritis and pain management support\nFree 30 minute chair-based exercise taster\nPlaces are limited\, so please book in advance by phoning the Community Resource team on 01743 360641 or email healthevents@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss the details.\nAttendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.
