SUMMARY:Move to Thrive - for people with dementia & their carers
DESCRIPTION:Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session\, allowing time for social interaction\, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates.\nSessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free).
