SUMMARY:Move to Thrive - for people with dementia & their carers
DESCRIPTION:Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session\, allowing time for social interaction\, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates.\nSessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free). DESCRIPTION:Our Community Connectors meetings are held regularly across Shropshire. All community and voluntary organisations are welcome to join\, come together and share what they do\, with peers and colleagues from other sectors. We have guest speakers\, and they’re a great place to share knowledge\, discuss a project\, or simply network and find out what’s happening in your community.\nThe meetings alternate between online and face to face.
