Our Diabetes Awareness is a free workshop to help you adjust to living with Diabetes or to learn more about the condition.\nThe workshop includes:\n  *   What is Diabetes\n  *   Tips for effective management and treatment\n  *   What’s the difference between a hypo and a hyper?\n  *   The consequences of high blood sugar\n  *   What about food? What should I eat and what can’t I eat?\n  *   The ideal Diabetes diet\n  *   The importance of movement and exercise\nPlaces are limited\, so please book in advance by phoning the Community Resource team on 01743 360641 or email healthevents@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss the details. Attendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.
