You are not alone.  If you would like to find out more about this common condition\, come to our Continence Awareness event. SY8 2\nThe session includes:\n  *   A comprehensive presentation including:\n  *   Different types of urinary and bowel incontinence\, symptoms and causes\n  *   Treatment options including lifestyle adjustments\, pelvic floor exercises\, medications and surgery\n  *   How to maintain a healthy bladder and bowel\n  *   A recorded Q&A session with the Shropshire NHS Continence Advisory Service\n  *   Information on resources which provide continence support\nPlaces are limited\, so please book in advance by phoning the Community Resource team on 01743 360641 or email healthevents@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss the details.
