DESCRIPTION:We all know that a healthy diet is essential for a healthy mind and body but what exactly is a healthy diet?\nOur Healthy Eating Awareness session can help!\nThe event includes:\n  *   an overview of the Eatwell Plate Guide and How to read food labels\n  *   Ultra-processed foods\, sugar addiction and food myth busting\n  *   Prediabetes; symptoms and explanation\n  *   Gentle Exercises – with our trained and qualified instructor\, you will be guided in gentle exercise for 30 minutes\nPlaces are limited\, so please book in advance by phoning the Community Resource team on 01743 360641 or email healthevents@community-resource.org.uk and we will contact you to discuss the details.
