Our Diabetes Awareness is a free workshop to help you adjust to living with Diabetes or to learn more about the condition.\nThe workshop includes:\n  *   What is Diabetes\n  *   Tips for effective management and treatment\n  *   What’s the difference between a hypo and a hyper?\n  *   The consequences of high blood sugar\n  *   What about food?
