The ever popular ‘Let’s Talk Falls’ Sessions, provided by Community Resource, is a free falls prevention session empowering session participants to gain the tools to safely manoeuvre their homes to avoid trips, slips and falls.
Delivered by knowledgeable professionals, the session includes:
* A short informative film
* An interactive demonstration to include how to get up safely from the floor after a fall
* A Falls Plan – a talk and planning to ensure your home is safe
* Calling for help
* Gentle Exercises – with our trained and qualified instructor, you will be guided in gentle exercise for 30 minutes
