Wellness Support
A confidential counselling and support service for anyone aged 18 to 30 in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin.


Life can feel tough sometimes, but you don’t have to face it alone. When you reach out to us, you’ll find a safe, welcoming space where you can talk openly without judgement. Everything you share is confidential, and your wellbeing is our priority.
We offer:
- a calm, supportive environment to explore what’s on your mind
- someone to listen and help you work through challenges
- sessions in person, or online – whatever works best for you
- flexible, tailored support to meet your needs
- fully funded sessions, so cost isn’t a barrier to wellness support
Who will you be meeting?
You’ll meet Sarah Davis, an accredited counsellor with an MA in Counselling and over 25 years’ experience supporting young people. Sarah is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is passionate about helping you feel heard and understood.
