Continence Awareness
Do you experience urinary or bowel leakage? Do you care for someone with incontinence? You are not alone. If you would like to find out more about this common condition, come to our Continence Awareness event. SY8 2
The session includes:
* A comprehensive presentation including:
* Different types of urinary and bowel incontinence, symptoms and causes
* Treatment options including lifestyle adjustments, pelvic floor exercises, medications and surgery
* How to maintain a healthy bladder and bowel
* A recorded Q&A session with the Shropshire NHS Continence Advisory Service
* Information on resources which provide continence support
