Let’s Talk Falls at Chorley

Our ‘Let’s Talk Falls’ session is a falls prevention event that can be delivered to interested groups free of charge to help reduce the risk of falling for older people.
The event includes information on how to reduce the risk of falling – with a demonstration of how to get up from the floor after a fall – plus a free, taster exercise class, information on local exercise/fitness classes, help to find ways to increase your activity levels and more.
Places at scheduled events can be limited and booking is recommended. For more information and to book your place, please call 01743 360641.
