Are you interested in finding out more about Menopause? Wherever you are in your menopause journey, come and join us for an informative insight into what menopause really means and learn about what help is available during this challenging time.
The session includes:
An informative presentation about menopause including symptoms, causes and management
An explanation of the benefits and risks of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
A recorded Q&A session on menopause with GP and Clinical Director of SW Shropshire Primary Care Network, Dr Deborah Shepherd
A free yoga taster session
