Move to Thrive – for people with dementia & their carers

Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session allowing time for social interaction, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates.
Sessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free). If you need support to attend the sessions, please ask about our trained support workers who can accompany you to the sessions.
