Do you experience urinary leakage? Do you care for someone with urinary incontinence? You are not alone. If you would like to find out more about this common condition, come to our Urinary Continence Awareness event.
The session includes:

* Different types of urinary incontinence, symptoms and causes
* Treatment options including lifestyle adjustments, pelvic floor exercises, medications and surgery
* How to maintain a healthy bladder
* A recorded Q&A session with the Shropshire NHS Continence Advisory Service
* Information on resources which provide continence support
