Let’s Talk Falls Sessions – 2.5 hours
Delivered by knowledgeable professionals, the session includes:
* A short informative film
* Two methods of how to get up safely from the floor after a fall
* A Falls Plan – a talk and planning to ensure your home is safe
* Calling for help
* Gentle Exercises – with our trained and qualified instructor, you will be guided in gentle exercise for 30 minutes.
The session also includes optional blood pressure testing.
