Falls Awareness – 1 – 1½ hours
The ever popular ‘Falls Awareness’ Sessions, provided by Community Resource is a free falls prevention session empowering session participants to gain the tools to safely manoeuvre their homes to avoid trips, slips and falls.
Delivered by knowledgeable professionals, the two-hour session includes:
* A short informative film
* Two methods of how to get up safely from the floor after a fall
* A Falls Plan – a talk and planning to ensure your home is safe
* Calling for help
Attendance is free but charitable donations are gratefully received.
