Care & Share (dementia support groups) – Shrewsbury

Our Care and Share groups offer a friendly place to enjoy a fun afternoon and meet others. Open to everyone, including those with mild to moderate dementia and their family carers. There is a per person fee for attending the group which covers the costs of activities, refreshments, the venue and the facilitator.
