Falls Awareness for Oswestry Borders U3A

We can run a Falls Awareness session for your group based in Shropshire, free of charge to help reduce the risk of falling for older people. The session takes about 90 minutes.
The session includes information on how to reduce the risk of falling – with a demonstration of how to get up from the floor after a fall – plus a demonstration of some chair-based exercises.
