Move to Thrive – for people with dementia & their carers

Oakengates

Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session, allowing time for social interaction, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates. Sessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free).
