Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session allowing time for social interaction, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates. Sessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free).
Our Care and Share groups offer a friendly place to enjoy a fun afternoon and meet others. Open to everyone, including those with mild to moderate dementia and their family carers.
