Our Community Connectors meetings are held regularly across Shropshire. All community and voluntary organisations are welcome to join, come together and share what they do, with peers and colleagues from other sectors. We have guest speakers, and they’re a great place to share knowledge, discuss a project, or simply network and find out what’s happening

These hubs are staffed by Audiology-trained volunteers and are suitable for NHS hearing aid wearers who need: * Hearing aids retubed * Battery collection * Advice on hearing care Appointments for the hubs must be pre-booked - please contact us on 01743
Move to Thrive provides movement to music activity sessions especially for people with dementia and their carers. Led by a qualified instructor with refreshments before and after each session allowing time for social interaction, sessions are held weekly in a venue in Oakengates. Sessions are £5 per person with dementia per session (carers are free).
Our Care and Share groups offer a friendly place to enjoy a fun afternoon and meet others. Open to everyone, including those with mild to moderate dementia and their family carers. There is a per person fee for attending the group which covers the costs of activities, refreshments, the venue and the facilitator. For more
